Beginning August, Parents/Guardians will be REQUIRED TO COMPLETE TWO (2) ONLINE FORMS BEFORE FULL ACCESS IS AVAILABLE. Simply follow the links after you log in and answer the questions. Students will not have access to their own Portal Accounts until these forms are completed .

2. Student Medical Information 

 THE ABOVE ONLINE FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED TO VIEW SCHEDULES, AND/OR TO PICK-UP COMPUTER DEVICES 

Students will not have access to their Portal Accounts until these forms are completed by Parent/Guardian.
